Cancellation and Returns
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns at the customer's convenience, except in cases where the product is defective.
Undeliverable or Refusal to Receive Due to Long-Term Absence, etc.
In the event that an item is returned due to cancellation after shipping or long-term absence (storage period of the shipping company exceeds 7 days), the item itself will be destroyed because it was shipped from an overseas warehouse. In such cases, we will not be able to offer refunds or re-delivery.
